Four steps, and you're kept updated at every one.
A new build or a whole-house renovation is a big thing to hand to someone. Here is exactly how a project runs with us — who does what at each stage and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone. The first stage costs you nothing.

A site visit and a straight answer
We come out, look at the property properly, and tell you what it will take — what the structure allows, what will need consent, and what we would do differently. No charge for the visit.
What you get at this stage
A site visit at no charge, a straight read on what the structure and the planning position will allow, and an honest answer — including “that isn’t one for us” where that’s the truth.

Design input and a realistic programme
We engage early, work with your architect and engineer where there is one, and produce a programme you can actually plan around — sequence, lead times and the decisions you will need to make, and when.
What you get at this stage
A defined scope, design input where the project needs it, and a realistic programme setting out sequence, long-lead orders, inspection points and the dates by which you need to have decided things.

The build, managed
Groundworks, structure, stonework, roof, glazing and the trades that follow, run in the right order by one company. You get progress updates rather than having to chase them.
What you get at this stage
One company running the trades in the right order, progress reported to you rather than extracted from us, and building control inspections that sit in the programme instead of interrupting it.

Snagged, checked, handed over
Nothing is called finished until the detail is right — the pointing, the reveals, the thresholds, the paving falls. Then we walk the job with you before we hand it over.
What you get at this stage
A snagging list worked through, the outside put back — paving laid to fall, gravel edged, site left clean — and a walk round the finished job with you before handover.
