New builds are a core specialism. We take a plot from groundworks through structure, envelope and roof to a finished, glazed and handed-over house, working to your architect's drawings or bringing the design input in ourselves.

Extensions are the job most Harrogate homeowners ring us about: a bigger kitchen, a family room onto the garden, an annexe. The work that matters is the join — matching the stone or render, getting the levels and rooflines right, and finishing the threshold properly.
