Most building projects that go wrong do not go wrong on site — they go wrong in the gap between the drawings, the programme and the trades. Closing that gap is what this service is for.
We engage early, before the design is frozen, and produce a realistic programme rather than an optimistic one. Then we manage it: the trades, the sequence, the lead-in items that have to be ordered weeks ahead, the inspections, and the decisions you need to make and when.
Engaged early, for a buildable design
We are happy to work alongside your architect and structural engineer from the outset — reviewing drawings for buildability, flagging the details that will cost time later, and advising on materials and sequence while changes are still cheap. Where a project has no design team, we can bring that input in.
A realistic programme, then managed to it
A programme is only useful if it survives contact with a real site. Ours sets out the sequence, the long-lead items, the inspection points and the decision dates, and we manage the trades against it — with progress reported to you rather than extracted from us.
