Whole houses, from the ground up
A one-off house is the most unforgiving job a builder takes on: everything is new, everything is visible, and every decision made at groundworks level shows up in the finish two years later. It is also the work we most enjoy.
We build complete new homes across Harrogate and North Yorkshire — traditional stone houses that sit properly in a North Yorkshire village, and contemporary houses with full-height glazing, flat-roofed link sections and stone terracing. Both are in our gallery, and both were built by the same team.
Groundworks to glazing, one company
Setting out, foundations and drainage; the structural frame or masonry shell; stone, brick or render; roof structure, covering and rainwater; windows, doors and glazed screens. Running the whole envelope ourselves is what keeps the tolerances tight where old-fashioned craft meets modern glazing.
Built to the drawings — or with the drawings
If you already have an architect and a structural engineer, we build to their information and flag the buildability problems early rather than at first fix. If you don't, our design and project management service can take the plot from sketch to programme before a spade goes in.
